Discovery pipeline

Portrai's discovery pipeline starts with Portrai ATLAS, our proprietary spatial biology database. PortraiTARGET analyzes large-scale patient tissue data to discover novel therapeutic targets that are selectively expressed in tumors. Each POR Series target is selected not by expression alone, but by comprehensively evaluating its spatial distribution within the tumor, its selectivity against normal tissue, and its fit with therapeutic modalities. From these targets, Portrai develops modality-fit therapeutic candidates centered on ADC and RPT, expanding into diverse binder-based modalities such as multispecific antibodies, TCEs, and ISACs. Portrai does not stop at target discovery. It connects spatially defined targets to real therapeutic candidates.

POR001

CAF/TME Target

Target

POR001 is a Portrai ATLAS-derived novel TME target selectively expressed in CAF-rich tumor stroma. Its expression in normal tissue is limited, and it shows a more tumor-selective spatial expression pattern than conventional stromal targets.

POR0011ADC Candidate

POR0011 is a fully human IgG-based ADC candidate directed against POR001. Built on low-nanomolar binding affinity, high target specificity, and strong internalization, it is being developed as an ADC that selectively targets CAF-rich tumor stroma.

Target

POR003 is a Portrai ATLAS-derived novel cell-surface target that shows tumor-selective expression across diverse solid tumors while remaining relatively limited in normal tissue. Promising expression has been observed in particular in CRC and PDAC, and it is being evaluated as a target that extends beyond any single indication to a broad range of solid tumors.

POR006 is a Portrai ATLAS-derived novel Pan-SqCC cell-surface target. It shows broad patient coverage across diverse SqCC while remaining limited in normal tissue, and its accessible cell-surface expression enables expansion into multiple therapeutic modalities such as ADC and RPT.
